Ride With Hayley Service Terms

Ride with Hayley LLC ("RWH") provides a reservation-only luxury transportation platform connecting riders with independent professional drivers.

Rider Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Ride with Hayley LLC ("RWH") provides a reservation-only luxury transportation platform. All rides are performed by independent professional drivers.

2. Rider Account

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Payments (via Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe within the app. Booking authorizes RWH to charge your payment method for fares, tolls, fees, and cancellations. Fraud or misuse may result in suspension.

4. Ride Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

Rides may be booked in advance. Cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are issued only when appropriate and at RWH's discretion.

5. Safety & Conduct

Riders must treat drivers respectfully and follow safety guidelines. For emergencies, call 911 before contacting support.

6. No Service Guarantee

Vehicle availability is not guaranteed. RWH may cancel or decline a booking for safety or operational reasons.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWH is not liable for delays, losses, or damages except where required by Massachusetts law.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Stripe may handle identity checks and payment processing.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes—except criminal or safety-related matters—are resolved by binding arbitration in Suffolk County, MA.

Driver Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Ride with Hayley LLC ("RWH") connects independent drivers with riders. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of RWH.

2. Driver Account & Onboarding

Drivers must provide accurate information, pass required checks, and maintain valid documents including license, registration, insurance, and vehicle compliance.

3. Payments (via Stripe)

Driver earnings are processed through Stripe. RWH may deduct platform fees, cancellation adjustments, or chargebacks attributable to fraud or misuse.

4. Conduct & Safety Requirements

Drivers must provide professional, safe, and courteous service. Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension.

5. Vehicle Standards

Drivers must maintain clean, luxury-level vehicles that meet RWH's quality standards. RWH may remove drivers who do not meet brand requirements.

6. No Service Guarantee

RWH does not guarantee ride volume or earnings. Driver availability and rider demand vary.

7. Liability

Drivers are solely responsible for operating their vehicles safely and lawfully. RWH is not liable for accidents, citations, or damages unless required by Massachusetts law.

8. Privacy & Data

Driver information may be used for verification, compliance, and operational purposes.

9. Termination

RWH may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety concerns, or non-compliance.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes—except criminal or safety-related matters—are resolved through binding arbitration in Suffolk County, MA.
